1.Vietnamese applicants who need to apply for a visa:
(Due to the long mailing time in Vietnam, the deadline must be received earlier.)
(Spring) by December 1, 2025 (Summer) by March 2, 2026
(Fall) by June 1, 2026 (Winter)by August 31, 2026
2.Who need a hardcopy admission permit:
(It takes time to send overseas mail, so please apply as soon as possible)
(Spring) before December 15, 2025 (Summer) before March 16, 2026
(Fall)by June 15, 2026 (Winter) by September 14, 2026
3.Who don't need a visa or can apply with an electronic permit:
(Spring) before December 29, 2025 (Summer) before March 30, 2026
(Fall) by June 29, 2026
(Winter) by September 28, 2026
Application Deadline for 2027
1.Vietnamese applicants who need to apply for a visa:

(Spring) by November 30, 2026 (Summer) by March 1, 2027
(Fall) by May 31, 2027 (Winter) by August 30, 2027
2.Who need a hardcopy admission permit:
(It takes time to send overseas mail, so please apply as soon as possible)
(Spring) by December 14, 2026 (Summer) by March 15, 2027
(Fall) by June 14, 2027 (Winter)before September 28, 2026
3.Who don't need a visa or can apply with an electronic permit:
(Spring) before December 28, 2026 (Summer) before March 29, 2027
(Fall)before June 28, 2027 (Winter)before September 27, 2027
*The above deadline is subject to the Chinese Language Center receiving the complete application form and all required documents.
*Please refer to the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country for the possibility of applying for a visa with an electronic entry permit.
*For other applications that are overdue, the letter from the Center shall prevail.
