Application Deadline for 2025
1.Vietnamese applicants who need to apply for a visa:
(Summer) before March 3, 2025,(Application Closed)
(Fall) before June 2, 2025
(Winter) before September 1, 2025
(Due to the long mailing time in Vietnam, the deadline must be received earlier.)
2.Who need a hardcopy admission permit:
(Summer) before March 17, 2025(Application Closed)
(Fall)before June 16, 2025
(Winter) before September 15, 2025
(It takes time to send overseas mail, so please apply as soon as possible)
3.Who don't need a visa or can apply with an electronic permit:
(Summer) before March 31, 2025(Application Closed)
(Fall)before June 30, 2025
(Winter) before September 29, 2025
*The above deadline is subject to the Chinese Language Center receiving the complete application form and all required documents.
*Please refer to the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country for the possibility of applying for a visa with an electronic entry permit.
*For other applications that are overdue, the letter from the Center shall prevail.
